✱ Our shipping process

All products are video-checked before shipment to ensure they are complete, correct and properly packaged.

✦ Product Issues (Taiwan / International)

If you receive the product in the following situations, we will provide reasonable assistance:
✅ Received the wrong item ✅ Item is missing

  1. Please contact us through the [Contact Us] form or POP Customer Service within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. Provide the following information:
    *Order number
    *Photos/videos of product issues
    *The product must be in new, unused, and unopened condition
  3. We will provide the following services based on the actual situation: re-shipment, refund or other processing methods.

 

-- To cancel an order or return a product --

✦ A. Taiwan return process (within 7 days)

  1. Log in to the order page and click [Request Return].
  2. After approval, we will provide: FamiPort QR code or return number.
  3. Please pack the product completely. The product must be returned in a new, unused, unopened condition.
  4. Return due to personal reasons (such as dislike, wrong size, color difference): Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

✦ B. Internationality Return process (within 14 days )

The international return process is complicated, shipping costs and tariffs are high, and there is a risk of package loss.
Please be sure to read the product size, material, and design details carefully before purchasing.
Returns for international orders are still subject to the following guidelines:

  1. Log in to the order page and click [Request Return].
  2. After review and approval, we will provide: Return information.
  3. Please pack the product completely. The product must be returned in a new, unused, unopened condition.
  4. The buyer is responsible for returning the item and paying for shipping and customs duties (if any).

 


✦ Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 3-10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and issue the refund.


⚠️ Other notes

  • To ensure a pleasant shopping experience, please read the following notes carefully before ordering:
    1. This product is a small household accessory. Please avoid rough handling, heavy pressure, or dropping. External impact may cause the paint to peel or parts to loosen. Due to the characteristics of the material, slight scratches, mold marks, and small dents may occur, which is normal.
    2. There may be slight color differences between different production batches of the same color product.
    3. The product pictures are taken from the actual product, but due to different screen settings, the color display may still vary slightly. Please refer to the actual product.
    4. The size is measured manually and there may be an error of ±0.5cm.
    5. The above are all "product characteristics" and do not constitute defects or bad reasons.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, unopened, and include all packaging and accessories.
  • No refund or exchange will be accepted for products that exceed the return period or do not meet the conditions.
  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted for special event items, discounted items, or gifts.
  • All refunds are made via the original payment platform.
  • If the package is returned due to an incorrect delivery address or no one picking it up, the buyer will be responsible for the re-shipping fee.
  • UMENOMAD reserves the right to finalize shipment and return/exchange review.
