- All products are shipped by the UMENOMAD team Monday through Friday (postponed on holidays).
- Orders will be shipped approximately 1–3 business days after placing an order. Pre-orders/special offers may require a later date as indicated on the product page.
✦ Taiwan Shipping Methods
- Chunghua Post Home Delivery (Shipping Fee: NT$100)
- Convenience Store Pickup (Shipping Fee: NT$60)
- Delivery Time: Approximately 2–3 business days for Taiwan / 3–5 business days for outlying islands. Delivery time is not guaranteed and is subject to actual delivery.
- Customers must enter the correct "Store Number" in the ❮Address❯" field and the "Store Name" in the ❮City❯" field during checkout.

✦ International Shipping Methods
- Use Chunghwa Post International Registered Parcel (ePacket) or International Express Mail (EMS).
- Shipping Fees and Delivery Time (from Taiwan):
- Hong Kong/Macau: NT$170 (approximately 4-9 business days)
- Japan/South Korea/Thailand/Singapore: NT$160 (approximately 6-8 business days) or NT$580 (approximately 2-4 business days)
- France/Netherlands/UK: NT$250 (approximately 7-10 business days) or NT$750 (approximately 4-5 business days)
- USA: NT$850 (approximately 4-5 business days)
- Australia: NT$600 (approximately 4-6 business days)

✦ Customs Duties and Import Fees
- International orders may incur import taxes, duties, and handling fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
- UMENOMAD does not absorb or prepay any destination taxes or fees.
- No refund will be given if the package is returned, detained, or destroyed due to refusal to pay taxes and fees.
